Your home will be put on the MLS and EXIT websites with photos in 48 hours. A sign and flier box will be placed in front of your home. You provide fliers and help show your home. Your agent will answer phone inquiries and give tours if you are not available.  Lock-box can be provided so agents can show your home anytime. EXIT will take care of all contracts, inspections, etc, for a timely close.
